Tide pool anemone

I was in portugal over the Xmas holidays and I took this picture of an anemone in a tide pool. Obviously a temperate anemone, still would look nice under some 14K lights :)

I'm going through my trip pictures and while unrelated, this is interesting. It's a reef carved into the wall at the palace at Sintra.

Looks like an Anthopleura elegantissima, but could easily be something related or totally different... look up the elegants at www.foreshores.net.

it is a Anemonia sulcata
