Tigertail Cucumber has split:)

In Memoriam
When the lights went off in the tank last night I stood
watching the cleaner shrimp in the moon lights, they made a beeline
to something on the sand.
I turned the lights back on thinking it was a dead
fish only to find a live piece of my tigertail cuke who
is around 10" long laying on the sand moving around.
I scooped him out and put him in a cup till I can see
what it does and how it grows its mouth.
Anyone have any information on the process of
this transformation and how long it will take?
Thanks
Here is a picture of the new little 2" cuke.

I think the best thing is to leave them alone and let them be, they'll ususally sit at wherever they are and slowly a set of organs will develope in a couple of weeks depends on the condition of the animal.
