Tight space for refugium light

As title states, I am very limited on space and funds at this point. Any recommendations on small lights that will get the job done? Here are a couple pictures of what im working with. The light in the pictures fits great, but I know it's not enough and not really the right spectrum. It's what came with the refugium so temporarily using it.

Don’t know about the lights but I wish you well with the DSB.
I removed mine after four years. It never worked as expected and was more trouble than expected. Most likely my fault, maybe I just never started it or maintained it right.

Funny thing is for all the years I have been in this hobby, I have never had a refugium. So this will be a learning experience for me. I have heard a lot thru the years and seen many refugium's in action. Yet I have personally never had one, always wanted to try, but never wanted to break down a good working system.

My main problem is going to be keeping the macro algae alive as I figure out the perfect environment for them. Meaning flow, finding a light that meets my requirements and keeping a balance for being a mainly sps tank. Not having enough space has been an issue finding a light so far and finding out the perfect amount of flow to make them happy.

There are all sorts of inexpensive LED red and blue grow lights available on Amazon. I have two 12x12" ones over the sump of my 300 gallon tank. They grow mangroves and several types of algae very well.

How old is your setup? How much bio-load do you have? Charro, mangroves or whatever macro algae you have needs nutrients to grow.

Currently this tank is still rather new. Bio load is still rather low for now. Im not expecting explosive growth from the algae right now, but I need to get it set up and ready.

First off remove those metal clamps now!!! They will rust even if stainless, and leach metals into water, ask me how I know this!!!! Use zip ties wide ones or use the plastic clamps!!!
