time for a new fixture

I recently bot a bta, im using 39 watt t5 ho bulbs on an aquaticlife fix. One of the lamps is going bad and the anenome is losing its color a bit. The tank is 29 gallon and the fixture is too long and looks ugly on the tank. So im thinking of buying a whole new fixture.

Im thinking of leds. Im trying to find the cheapest reliable led fixture.

I have Marineland LED's and I'd add more blue if I could. My anemones are mostly drab looking until just the blue comes on at night. Then they are striking. Everything else looks fine as far as color.
