Time for anenome to split

I have a condylactic anenome which i think is splitting. Roughly how long would this process take? Before i dont is it truely splitting or somwthing else.

Yes i know all can be different but is there a rough estimate?

So i guess i am the complete opposite of the anenome splitting. Seems to be dying.

i thought it was splitting as the top of the base(where the tentacles are went from a perfect circle to what looked like being pinched in the middle) so i thought it was forming 2 circles to split. However there were so many tentacles i could not see the mouth.

Now that i can see the mouth i have attached two pictures below and i feel like the anenome is now in danger of dying. Please advise any information on if there is anything i can do to save him. I manually feed 1-2 times a week. However everytime i manually feed the anenome my cleaner shrimp sits on top of the anenome and pulls the food from him.

Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.
