Have talked with you via phone or email several times in the past few years, Jeremy, and every time was a great experience and fine example of customer service. Even when I've had to return a few things and got delayed with getting a couple of them back, you didn't give me a hard time about it. I will definitely miss you there at PA. Good luck with your future endeavors and may the best of things happen for you and your family.
