One of my Tunze Turbelle streams went back to Germany several months ago when It stopped working---still just within the 12 months guarantee. Since then my fish shop haven't been able to make much progress in getting it returned (fixed!) or replaced. Any suggestions as to what I can do to speed up the process????

Was it sent to Tunze UK or Tunze in Germany? If you PM me the details including any tracking or delivery confirmation notice and your full name and shop name I will look into it.

I just checked with the shop and it was actually sent to Tunze UK who were then waiitng for parts from Germany--but they are hoping that the pump will be back in the next week, so if it isn't I'll let you know and give you all the details!
