Timers for lighting

I'm acumulating all of the equipment needed to setup my puffer tank and bought the SunDial T5HO light from Current USA. It has 2 10,000k daylight bulbs, 2 460Nm actinic bulbs, 4 led lunar lights, and timers to control the lighting. I'm assuming I just set the timers and the lighting runs 24 hours a day. My question is how long do each of these lights need to run for a porcupine puffer and for the live rock?

pretty much any time you want sense there is no coral.......i wouldnt run them more than 10hrs a day since electricity bills and algae come into play.....and the time of day don't matter either make it come on when your home and can enjoy it..
there is no reason for a dawn to dusk but if you like you can run the actinics for a hour fire all for 8 more than just the actinics for the last hour.....but once again without coral i wouldnt sweat it...just do anything that meets your needs...
