Tiny bugs?

Ive got a bunch of tiny bugs that walk all over my live rock. They look white or clear and are about 1mm in size (very small). Are these bad? Im not sure what they are. Can anyone help ID these I couldn't focus the camera on them to take a picture so sorry no pics. Thanks for the help.
 
Those would be the ubiquitous and desirable copepods, possibly isopods or amphipods (all often abbreviated as 'pods.)
Scavenge detritus and also serve as live food for other animals in the tank.

Piles of rubble provide a sheltered area for them to reproduce and the addition of phytoplankton is said to increase their numbers.
