Tiny white "bugs" on frogspawn

I noticed little copepod looking bugs crawling over my frogspawn today and I was wondering if anybody knew what they were and if they are bad? I don't think they are copepods because my tank is fairly new and I haven't seen copepods anywhere else. I got this piece a few weeks ago so I am thinking they were on it before. I will try to take a picture but I doubt I'll be able to get a shot of them since they are so small. Thanks in advance for the help!

Ok I managed to get a picture of them:

hi Richard,

First off nice to see another reefer from the SFV. I am thinking of copepods. There are a few different types. They are not slug like right? How is the frogspawn doing? any signs of stress?

Oh hey yeah I haven't seen you on the Socal Forum. It's nice to meet a fellow SFV reefer! WHen I got the frogspawn it had a 3 healthy heads 2 small dying heads and a large but sickly head and some heads were already dead. But right now the two small heads are coming back and growing and the sickly head seems to be slowly getting better. But it seems like the heads were not doing well due to poor placement in the previous tank where they were deprived of light.

Right now the frogspawn looks great but I am paranoid about parasites so I wanted to check in with everyone to see if these things are bad or not. The bugs look like copepods but I don't see them anywhere else in the tank which to me means that they are endemic to frogspawn and possibly a parasite. But who knows. Maybe I am not looking hard enough. And no they are not slug like. They look almost like red bugs but not red. And not all copepods are good. Like red bugs.
