Tiny White Things Swimming In My Sump!

They're too small to get a good picture...at least with my camera. They're a little thicker at the head and skinny the rest of the body, less than a quarter inch in length and they're actually swimming around like a fish would. Any idea what these could be? Hopefully not bad!

Thanks,

Thanks, that's very helpful and bookmarked! Looks like they could be very small mysis...that or shrimp larvae are the only thing that look close to what I have in my sump. But when I look at the video, they definitely seem larger than what is in my sump.

Thanks all. Should I scrape out the hair algae in my rear sump or leave it? I have an AIO tank and my skimmer, reactor and other media are back there. My light is aimed at the display but this leaks over to the rear sump area as well. Its an AIO tank.

I'd scrape it out and whip up a light blocker of some sorts to prevent it in the future..

Thx, I think I'll post a separate thread on that topic. Not that I don't appreciate your response... Just want to get a bunch of opinions.
