Tiny Worms near surface of water

I have a clownfish broodstock setup that is fish only with liverock. I can see these tiny 1/16" i'd guess tiny worms at the surface of the tank. I did throw one under a microscope to make sure they were organic and not just hair or something. Any ideas? I don't think they'd show up on my camera.
