Tip recession and Fe(rust)

Ok, so now it seems there are a few different salts with same problem, therefore eliminating salt as an issue. This seems to be more of a problem than I thought.

Yes, I am not sure but think Something component in bad batch salt can make problem such as metal component

so I will try absorb the metal with cuprisorb. but not sure it will be working.

:)

Do you think Plastic Thing like hose can be problem release toxin in salt water?

I use 4inch hose for feeding Nori to my fishes.

I found info NOW that there is tiny iron wire inside it !!!!!

I did not know this facts~!!! I use and hanging this even I do not feed them~!!!!

It can be problem?

I don't understand why the zeo guys are always changing salts??? My buddies with zeo always change to the latest greatest salts only to have problems.

Get yourself a buket of Reef Crystals or TM and do a few BIG WC's

Thanks Richard~

New salt are introduced in zeovit forum and it is said this salt is
more closer to natural see water. I am not sure but that is why many zeo user try to do.

I did BIg Water change with TMP a few month ago, but After
a month, My SPS started to die again.

SO I think I should find the source of it before Big water change.

Thanks for comment Richard

So the death stopped for a month after a big change with TMP.......

Forgive me if my reply seemed ignorant. It takes too much time to fully explain myself :D If and most likely the problem is in the RB salt, you will not know the exact element causing this. I would keep dillouting the problem with TMP WC's

I've been using TM salt for the life of my tank, and my Dad uses the same. His acros are fine, mine experience this issue still. So, salt is defintely not the answer, in my case anyway.

I picked up a poly-filter. I am gonna rinse it and put in in later on tonight. I'll let everyone know if it helps.

Thanks rutz.~

I found my hose for nori is OK. This is consist of nylon fabric not
iron wire. Instread of it, I remove the plastic cup in CA outlet.

I heard many plastic have toxin for material flexibility so If it scratched by even finger nail, toxin can be released in the water.

I found From 3 and 4 days ago My coraline algae are increasing. Do you think it is
good sign? Because During disaster, I can not see the coraline though CA level is not bad.

I checked out the PO4 with hanna colorimeter at night and the value is 0.01

And also I make the new salt water with TMP 10% of Volume to water change
