Tips or tricks to remove an rbta

My nem split a couple weeks ago and I already have a buyer but I need to get him off the rock he's on and put him in a holding tank til he gets picked up. He's rubbing all over my grape juice monti cap and I need to move him quickly. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated. The rock he's on is removable but both nems are on the same rock. I need to just get one off without harming it.

Point a power head at it . use an ice cube on the foot or pull the rock out just out of the water and hang it upside down
