tipsy clam?

the clam i have is new to my tank. he keeps tipping him self over is there a reason for this?

yes, he's doing this because he's either unhappy with the lighting (needs more) or is unhappy with what he's resting on. Trying moving it around and it'll eventually attach when it happy with a location.

Any thoughts where he might like to be placed in my tank? here is a pic of my arrangment.

What kind of clam is it? Different clams like different location
