tisbe pods

I was wondering if anyone knows the ideal temp range for tisbe pods.

I'm trying to culture them in a 2 liter bottle without a heater.... During the night the house can get kind of cool, around 65F degrees. During the day it can get warm, up to 77F degrees. Is this too much of a temp swing for them? Will they reproduce at generally cooler temps (lower than 70f)?
