im wanting to get a Titan Trigger fish. im looking for advise or info. i seen an article in a Tropical Fish Hobbyist and now can not find it. can anyone help me?

Titans are easily available if you know a source. THey are however the meanest fish in the ocean IMHO.

Do you have a 500g tank for this soon to be 3' trigger?

Welcome to Reef Central!!

I have one they are very cool.
I have found they do best in a reef type aquarium.
They are readily available and are very cheap if you know what you are looking for.
Most are sold as pinnapple triggere, there are 2 differenet pinneapple triggers though, the yellow margin trigger and the titan tigger both sold as pinnapples.
When you find a pinnapple trigger just make sure it has a moustache then it is a titan.

I have been to wholeslers and most opf the pinnapples are actualy titans and they are always available.

Awesome fish good luck and enjoy!!!!!!

This a pick of mine in one of my reef tanks.
It was sold as a pinnapple trigger for $6.00 at a wholesaler in LA.

I had one of these chase me for 100 yards. I was fending it off with my camera equipment. It was totally relentless. That said, it was mating and building a nest and I accidentally got too close. Interesting fish if you have a LARGE aquarium.
