tiuuse bleaching in spots?

I got another acro from a local guy, it seems to be bleaching out in spots. I took it from his system where he had it 8" from a 400w halide and put it 14inches under my 250w halide. Everything else in the system looks good. All its polyps are out. I think he had it on his sand bed a week or 2 before he sold it because it fell down there. Is it possible its light shock? I don't think its aefw's I've had them in my other system and the one I have not just looks like bleached spots with healthy polyps.

oof. granny I dont know. if they are tiny light spots that sounds a lot like AEFW to me. But keep in mind, some SPS when growing new polyps from smooth skin develop lighter spots where the new polyp is about to develop.

Its a plumb crazy. I think I'm just going to take it out rather then worry about them spreading. Don't need to take the chance
