to catch a fish

Hopefully this is the right forum. I have a gold spot rabbit whos about 6 inches and a foxface thats about five inches in my mixed reef dt. i wanna change direction with my livestock so any good ideas on catching them without destroy the whole tank?

I like a fish trap. My LFS has one they borrow out. Leave it in the tank a day or two and then put food in it. Seems to work every time.
