come across this post of which I am also wish to ask whether I have to cut or not to cut my Acros that RTNed not on the tip of the branch but the main truck itself (below the branches). in the past, when STN occur on the tip of the branch, I just cut it off and it stop further STN but now its on the main trunk wherein each different branches budding out.......so , should I cut it and glue to other live rocks or just leave it that way.
By the way, I have 2 suspect for recent RTN....
1) MY FLOW (as those acrod with RTN are not directly hit by the flow from my MP 40wes)
2) Lights: I have re-adjust now the lights to running my 2 Kessil A360WE at 76% color and 80% Intensity for about 6 hours out of the 12 hours lighting period.
3) Biopellet : I still checking if this is the culprit as some friends of mine asking me to removed my biopellet reactor but I hesistate to do it, as I am worries my nightmare on night nutrient will be reappear.
my Alk stay at 8.3 dkh and rest of the water parameter are just wihing ACCEPTABLE limit.
cheers,
MD
