Recently,

I have noticed that people on this forum believe that i am so sort of scammer, or shady character. But i here to say otherwise. I have not done anything on this form morally wrong, i havnt pulled the jacket over anyones eyes. I dont buy stuff on this form with the intent to make money. I buy stuff to better the visual aspect of my tank, as ever one in this hobby does, so if any one has any problem with the stuff i do on here please let me know.

I agree Craig, there is something fishy going on, but I can not see that JS_Bass is involved at all.

The only issue I had with you was over a Hydor I paid for and never got shipped, then instead of sending the hydor you just refunded me my money. I would have been much happier with the Hydor....

Here is the only problem I have. I actually asked this once it seems like you buy alot of stuff and then turn around an sell right away. IE the hydor in the previous post, I believe I sold one to you, although might be a different one but it does make me wonder if that was the one. That being said once I sell it to you do what you want with it. But I know if I am selling corals I want them to go to a good home with someone that will appreciate them. I sure wouldn't want them to go to someone else. Even though you may not make any money when resaleing stuff I don't like to see someone buy something and resale it a week later. Just my opinion though.

Sgarrett1108 - You sold me a hydor 3 for 30 bucks. It is still in my tank. Along with the phospate reactor i bought from you. Still got that also. I just accumulate a ton of stuff. If i do buy something i buy it for a reason. I have not tried to selling anything for a profit that is what my job is for. I purchased a guys tank for 500 from the northwestern part of iowa. I still have the tank that i tried selling for 50 dollars. So again lets just look at what takes place before we jump to conclusions. There is also nothing wrong with buying a system only for a part then parting the rest out. Then more then just one persons benefits.

to you acidlittle i lost the hydor. So i told you i was sorry and sent you your money back promptly.

but it is good to get these things out of the way.

thats cool as I said even if you sold it, its yours. I thought you were good to do business with. I do admit that if you do sale something it is durt cheap. I am not saying I wouldn't buy something from you or even sell it, but I just think you got tied into this at a bad time. One of the wonderful things about type always easy to misinterpret things(who knows if that is spelled right) For example the hydor, easy to assume the same one so I apoligize. Hopefully if I get back to sw I will look you up for some awesome deals.:rollface:

js it would have been nice if you would have TOLD me you lost it instead of just not responding to me. I appreciated the refund, but I just had no idea, you didn't respond to me and I thought you were just fed up with dealing with me. I just wished you would have kept me informed as to why the deal went sour, rather then to hear it here a month later....

It really is none of my business and since I have never met you or dealt with you and have no plans to deal with you, I don't really care what you do. As others have said over here and elsewhere, people are free to do what they like once they own something. It just leaves a bad taste in some people's mouth when they cut someone a deal and that person turns around and tries to make a quick buck.

Did the pumps actually appreciate in value in your hands? One could infer that you were trying to make a quick buck on the pumps. Once again, no beef. Just pointing out the apparent inconsistencies. It is weird, the random stuff that I remember.

I bought that entire set up for 1500. I didnt buy them individually, if you would like you could ask mike who i bought them from. I am not trying to turn a profit. Grow up. You don't know my finances if you would want i could send you my bank account info then you tell the whole club how i am not making money. AGAIN GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT. THEN HOW MUCH WAS HE SELLING HE SELLING THE TANK FOR 600 I WAS ASKING 400 WITH A SUMP. THEN HOW MUCH WAS HE ASKING FOR THE FRENCH ANGEL I AM GIVING IT A WAY FOR FREE.

Well then lets get the facts straight.

I'll post the prices that you had the stuff from his sytem listed for sale for!

Protein skimmer - $400
Rock - $500
Tank/sump - $400
2 pumps - $160
Lights - $300

I come up with $1760 and that's just those 5 things I listed above.

well lets see here got2lb i sold the skimmer for 340 dollar shipped, i sold the rock for 300 dollars to a guy from st. louis. I sold the lights for 280. i still have the tank and the pumps.

so i guess that is only 920. i think you were about 840 dollars off.

So again you only know half the story there but good try, and just out of curiosity what do you have against me.
