LPS like frogspawn and torch corals have long hair-like sweeper tentacles that can extend far beyond the main tentacles and will sting anything they touch. If the toadstool started behaving this way shortly after you added the LPS then you should try separating them.

I have found that using LR as a barrier along with directing your flow in such a way that pushes the sweeper tentacles away from the at risk corals works very well. Just take some time to move things around and hopefully everyone can be happy. Good luck.

PS- Sometimes toadstools will look upset and shriveled because they are beginning a shedding cycle. The cap will produce a waxy film that will fall away taking toxins or other irritants with it. If you have a turkey baster or some type of pipette you can try to blow the film off to speed up the process.

The torch may be reaching out and stinging it. You'd have to check at night to see. They usually send out sweepers at night.
You may have to shift the rocks a little to make a big enough space between them.

Then it could just be the leather coral doing what they do all the time.
Just close down and shed.
