Toadstool

I was moving this large Toadstool I've had for 15+ years and I noticed the rock it was on had a few mojanos so removed it from the tank and inverted in a clean sink. I was only out of the water for 5/10 min., but ever since I put it back it hasn't fully opened for 3 days. What do ya think?

Just give it more time. These corals can be very temperamental sometimes.

I've haven't taken it fully out of the water for years. It must of weighed 5 pounds. They generally don't seem that touchy.

Just give it more time and it should recover, how did you remove the majanos though?

They're grumpy. Leave him be he'll be great.... In a week or three.

The leather looks better today. For the majanos, I've been taking rock out of the water and touching the majanos with a pencil butane torch. They're hard to see. Thinking about a small blacklight to make them glow. This was recommended by a professional coral shop.
