Does anyone have experience owning more than one Toby Puffer at a time? I have a Valentini now in my reef tank (no, he is completely fine in there and doesn't bother any on my hermits, snails, starfish, coral, etc. ) I am upgrading to a bigger tank and want to get one or two more different types of Toby but want to make sure they won't fight eachother.

My first Q too, I don't think they get along too well, especially if space is tight.

From a Biocube 29 to a 110 gallon

What's the dimensions of the 110g? With the right aquascape/ enough feedings anything is possible. Just be sure and have a backup plan ready to go in case they declare WW3 on one another.
