That is hilarious. Regarding Bob (I assume iBluewater) his track record is mixed. I would definitely go with LA DD if I had a choice.

yeah ..and i think these RC threads announcing that there's a gig on DD definitely doesn't help with someone who's covertly trying to beat everyone to get one, trolling the DD site... lol :p

It literally took 10 seconds to get it snatched from my shopping cart when I was at the last step! I am ****ed, because nowhere on their site it says you have to type the CC security code as the last step of the process. I had Express Checkout setup. If I had known I would have been prepared. This is worse than eBay.:(

That's right! Reef is all your fault :fun2:

I will not matter. Everybody what LA colored gig and everybody knows about them.

Those gigs are gone in the first 5 seconds just like they were today. I watched it.

5 seconds....GONE...

LOL. My thinking is that I'd rather have one of us on RC get it than someone who doesn't have any clue about the acclimation and treatment process. At least we can help acclimate the gig and give it a fighting chance.

Also, FWIW I don't think many people realize how fragile gigs are. For me, it took one dying on me to realize how hard it is to get them acclimated. I don't think people need to learn their lesson like I did, so I'm always willing to help people through the process. It's group therapy!

No kidding, I need group therapy ... My baby gig keeps inflating and deflating. I tried literally everything. Now it's nicely inflated, but I bet it will deflate by the evening.

I was using NSW and 100% WC, but Reef suggested I try doing a 100% WC, but with DT water and see if that makes a difference.

I sure do have room for a Regal angel. I got one in my tank doing well, and another in QT (30 gal reef) not doing well. He would not eat. I can't get live food here in Corpus. I even went to Tropical Fish Haven to get a rock full of zoas for him ans see if he eat, no luck. Rock from my sump full of sponge and other live organism, still no luck. I may have to release him into my DT before he start eating. Chance of success doing that is minimal to none.

I saw the Sneak Peek and wanted to try for the blue one, but a meeting ran 5 minutes over. Of course they were gone. Somehow, it doesn't hurt as bad to miss it by five minutes, not 5 seconds.

I bet Clorox won't be beat a second time!
