When I got my todestool about 3 weeks ago i got it as a frag looked like half of the top of a todestool, my question is I. Glued it to a peice of rock and it looks healthy, will it grow a stem and grow upwords??

Yes your toadstool will regrow what it needs. I frag my Tyree Green toadstool and glue down the chunks. They grow, don't worry.

I do the same with my Tyree also and just did 2 last week. Glue them down and in time they grow out their own stalks.
