Tom Pro Series PS3 Filter and Skimmer

Slacker USC

New member
Has anyone had any experience with a unit like this? I'm leaning away from drilling my tank, and I figure that after removing the bioballs/filter media it should function as a small sump/skimmer for my 46 bowfront.

I intend on attempting a community tank with a few small fish and cleanup crew, as well as possibly some soft corals down the road.

I've been unable to find any real reviews of this kind of system and was just hoping someone on here could fill me in. Thanks!

Those overflows require 3-4" behind the tank, and I'm trying to get it as close to the wall as possible. Otherwise I'd just use the AquaFuge PS Refugium.
