Tomato Clowns

I have a pair of tomato clowns that have not yet bred, but I think are about 1 year old now... Both really bold with their dark black appearance. I was wondering what all I would need to raise fry if they were to lay eggs. If you could help me out I know I am going to get a 10 gallon tank, thermometer, heater, water... I have no clue what rotifiers are and that is supposedly what you feed them... Help please on what else i need!!! Thanks!!!

I have two breeding pairs of Tomato. First off, they were several years old before they spawned. Second, I have had zero luck with them spawning if anything other then them is in the tank. Here are my tips (that work for me) in getting them to spawn.

Water SG 1.024
Temp 86
Light (AI SOL Blue) on @ 0600 off @2000, with an hour ramp on and off.
Food Auto feeder for pellet 4x daily, frozen everyday after work.
Large clay pot
bare bottom tank
baseball size ball of cheato

Once I put each pair in this type of setup, within 90 days they are spawning.

Now, the rotifers can be purchased from various sources, and the green water they eat. If you go here http://reedmariculture.com/support_rotifers.php you can read about them. You keep a supply that is alive that you feed your hatched babies.

This is a thumbnail version of what is needed.
