Tomato/Ocellaris Clownfish

A friend of mine is breaking down and selling her tank and I will be taking over her livestock. I currently have a tomato clown hosting a BTA. She has a pair of ocellaris clowns that I'm planning on putting in my tank, unless there may be a problem. Any experience with the two species? My tomato is not aggressive at all towards his current tank mates, but I know clown on clown aggression is common. Thanks for any info! (See tank specs in current tank desc. below)

I havent seen/heard/or read any long term success stories of mixed clown fish. I know I have seen a couple people with juvies mixed together but only time will show that once they mature a little bit there will be fighting. Give or take a few situations. Since your tomato is established alone with a nem he will prolly attack the ocellaris clowns. I know before I knew a lot about this hobby I tried mixing clowns only to have to return one after realizing they dont go together. Im sure you can find someone local to take them or a LFS.

That's pretty much what I figured; just wanted to see if anyone had done it. Will try to find someone to take them. Thanks all!

Just my 0.2 i put my male o-clown in with my tomato clown and
a few secs later they went at it tomato pinned o-clown against
filter had to seperate before they killed each other,
this is when my 2 o-clowns were fighting.
(bad idea)!
