bubble tip anemone...
ok ....question #2
ease of care.
necessary conditions .
feeding ?
the only nems i've kept are condys.

Well they are the 'easiest' hosting nem to take care of, but that doesent make them easy persay.

Nessassary conditions would be great lighting, stable perimeters in a tank thats about 5-6 monrths old at least..

Good flow, and plenty of places to bury its foot in the rockwork

Food.. silverslides are the best, Depending on the size, I feed my smallish one 2 pencil eraser sized defrosted silverslide.. My bigger one (12 inches or so) gets about 3 eraser sized... They also get squirts of mysis or some krill now and then.

How did it go with your condys? If they thrived, you should be fine.

But make sure the bta is at least 3 times bigger than the clown

it WILL walk around. you must cover your intakes with sponges or needle point plastic and zip ties found at your local craft stores

thanks for the input .
the condy I currently have has been around at least 8 months ......I feed it a silver side every now and then.
I also have 3 maxi jet 900's on a wavemaster pro so flow should be adaquate.

lighting is 4X65w pc.
I guess that might not be cosidred enough by some...

me too. should be good. feed it every 3rd day, esp when u dont have super intense lighting. all sounds right, a 8month or more tank is old enough. take care when picking out a nem, if your lfs can give you the rock its attached to that reallyy helps so some kid isent digging his nails into the foot.

look for a nice deep color, anything transparent or really light is bleached..
