What's the 660 wired with, VHO or T5 endcaps?

VHO endcaps, they can easily be changed over to T5 endcaps though, also just to clarify i mean that there are 8 total endcaps on there enough to have 4 bulbs used as a fixture

I may be able to use the ice cap fans. I'm not sure if I need to replace the one I'm currently using. I'm using only one right now.
What are you looking to get out of them? ($$)
