Tonga Branch and base rock buy

I have gotten an estimated price of the rock at $1.25 a lb for base and $3.75 for Tonga branch. I will be ordering some of both so if you would like to get some I would like an estimated amount of how much everyone wants. The price may go down a little depending on transportation cost. I will give the people that respond first dibs on the rock when it comes in I may get two tons of base if it is needed.

I ordered the live rock today I got a ton of base and 400 lbs of Branch I have some time to increase the order if need be so if any one is wanting some let me know I have replied to the PMs and would like a ruff Idea of the amount you are looking for so we don't run out.

I'm not in need of any rock (that I know of) I'm just curiuos - how the heck do they ship 2400 lbs of live rock?!?! I can only imagine the looks from the neighbors as the UPS truck drops a skid off at your front door!

Actually I will have a semi deliver it to my house on the way through. The fun is going to be unloading the boxes that will be in 60lb boxes.:eek1: and then getting enough tubs to cure all this rock. I may set up a pool in my garage or use our hot tub

I had some work crap deliverd to my house once on a skid. Semi pulled up to the house and we had to hand stack all of it. UGH!!!!!! Wayne.. is this rock for that moster you are working on? LMK if you need a hand unloading it, I live not too far we I can most likley help. maybe work off about 20lbs of base...

Has the rock been delivered?

No the base rock will be a couple of weeks but I am looking at getting some of the Tonga early Probably next week.

Also I had a few msgs about the base rock and there may have been some misunderstanding the base rock will be live rock from the Pacific either HI or Fiji the reason it will be so cheap is it is not cherry picked meaning it is harvested in large qty and boxed. There is a little work involved as it may take a little time to clean and cure so if you get this from me do not put into a established system. I do have some dry HI rock left that I could part with for the people that need instant rock.

It is arrived

The Tonga rock came in last night and it is nice. Of course I took a few pic of it today. I should have taken them before I put it into the water stupid me as I put some of the larger ones on the bottom. I am skimming it now and curing it. You can call me at home 8677122 or cell 4283262.
