Tons of Copepods on glass

Just today I noticed hundreds of Copepods on my 93g glass. All over it! My tank is fallow due to ich. Anything I can do to control them or let it be? I know there good for the aquarium and it's a good sign that the tank is doing well.

Just leave them be.

Let it be. They are a sign of a healthy tank, and will be a beneficial food for fish to eat.
