Too much flow for frogspawn??

I don't think its to much flow its not flailing erratically .

it doesn't look too much flow to me either. maybe even a bit low? but the frogspawn looks ok. so let it be. you'll need more flow when you keep sps though.

looks to me like just the perfect amount. Howerever in my opinion I wouldnt add any more flow than that. Ive had great growth with frogspawn when keeping them in low flow areas.

Flow looks good! I agree with Dreech, I have also experienced rapid growth in low flow.
