too much flow???

Is 405 gph too much flow for a 20h? All I have is softies and lps... Do I need that much or will my MJ900 do the job? It's not really creating a sandstorm but some of my corals are kinda pushed over by the flow. Will they "stiffen up" when they get used to the flow or what? Thanks in advance.....

thats good, like 20X per hour. try to direct it away from the coral.

It sounds like a perfect flow rate for your setup. You may need to increase if you decide on keeping sps, but until then it sounds great.
