Too much food competition?

My new little clown(2 weeks) is looking really thin. He is more interested in the anemone than the food. The food goes by and he swims after it for a second and goes back. Should I move him to the seahorse tank, and how long can I keep it by itself before it turns female? I don't want to move th female too but I guess I might have to. Please Help Me! I don't wan to lose my Black Clown!

Have you tried turning off the flow and target feeding him? That might help him regain strength so you can encourage him out of the anemone later.

try some live brine or

Hatch some brine shrimp eggs in a shot glass and feed that. If he doesn't eat then something is for shure wrong.

Thats your best chance. Make sure you are giving him some good quality food. Just plain brine will not do much for him.
