Too much for a 20?

is this too many for a 20 tall with 10 gallon sump?

1 perc clown
2 banggai cardinals
1 red headed wrase
1 blue yellow tail damsel
1 engineer goby


they are living in a 90 right now but I may need to downgrade to a 20 I have sitting around.

Yes... Get rid of the damsel and the engineer goby. The goby gets to be 12" I'm not a wrasse guy so I can't comment on that

As well as the wrasse. The three remaining fish would be marginal in a 20 gallon tank, but it would be ok.

I agree with all of the above. I have seen first hand what an engineer goby can do to a tank. They get really big and you can't catch them. That 20 gal. would look like a WWE "Rage in the Cage" match.
