Too much light??

I am building a 10g nano for my friend's B-day, using a thread off of RC. Wnated to buy these, and put them inside the canopy...Would this be too much lighting, and is there anything I couldn't keep. She really wants a clam...

Go with the T5's fr Nova. They're much better than PC's and will take care of the clam and any other corals she wants to keep. Just be careful of mushrooms (keep them in the lower light areas of the tank)
