Top 5 most wanted LPS

Top 5

- Rainbow Aussie Acan -
- Healthy Elegance -
- Red Cycloseris Plate -
- Acan Maxima -
- Rainbow Lobo Brain -

Working in a local fish store, I will tell you that the 5 most asked for and purchased LPS are:

1) Euphyllia (of any type
2) Euphyllia (of any type)
3) Euphyllia (of any type)
4) Euphyllia (of any type)
5) Euphyllia (of any type)

There are so many cool LPS, but I hear more people ask for frogspawn, hammer, and torch corals than probably any other type of coral PERIOD.

I can try and be a little specific:

1. Xmas Favia
2. Triple Threat Favia
3. Pastel War and Peace Favite
4. Watermelon Chalice (hard to pick a favorite type)
5. Hot pink Acan Lords

are mycediums in or out as of now?

theres a few nice looking ones out there, but i dont hear much about them.

Teen,

I don't know if those are considerd an LPS (it dosen't mean that much, except for very large coral polyps anyway.)

I am a bit dissapointed to see not many mentions of Bubble corals. I see more of those than Euphyllia corals.

Mycediums are definitely LPS-- very similar to all the Echinos that are so popular right now. Only problem is the Mycediums just tend to be brown and green. Echinos have all the great colors.

Bubbles are cool, but are typically just green to beige colored. I've seen a couple nice blue ones in the past but nothing more interesting than that. I bet they'd be in high demand if someone found some orange, red, or multi-colored ones.

Yes, it actually looks better in person. Under bluer lights it looks a little more pale, I was running Radiums then. Under aquaconnects it looks much more pink/green.
