top off system

hello all i psted in the diy foram to no avail. i ma looking for a way to top off my tank my ro unit is on other side of house so it would have to be from hoding tank i have built a 5' by 6" abs tank to sit verticly behind tank but need away to get awater into sump

I am planning a simple top off for the 55 I am putting together. It will be a aqualifter pump on a timer plus a float switch in the sump. I will need to play with the timer settings to keep from overloading the pump.

Thanx basnman if you were to put a thread in the do it yourself i would be happy to follow along. anyone else have any pix of curently running top off systems its something that i have just never seen any where, I was thinking maby a toilet float system but i think that there are metal parts in there. i just have to have reliable. In my last home i ran tubing from ro but in my new house i am not willing to run through three rooms to do it

I got a great top off controller from www.oceanussystems.com it is the best one i have seen yet. very well built i have it hooked to my ro/di to my sump i got the poseidon
