If its an efflo, then yes and yes. Pretty hardy, requires moderate light and flow.

I told him some thing that is easier to keep and moderately fast growing. IN my experience efflos are one of the least in growth rate? Mark am i right?

Its a tabling coral and like many, they usually need to put out a good size base to support the outward growth.
