Torch coral head dying?

Hi guys I have recently noticed that my torch coral is taking longer for the polyps to fulling extend and today I did a water change and a several hours later one of my heads on my torch is shrunk could it be dying? How do I fix it?

Doesn't look like it's getting enough light in the position the frag is in. Try changing it so all heads get light.
