I have mine directly under metal halides and it is in medium to high flow and loves it. I have seen great growth rate with this coral to.

just enough flow to move the tentacles. I agree with Bcollins111900. It may take some time for it to adjust to bright lights though, so do it slowly.

thanks , i bought one from some guy, its big it has 12 heads, it just hasnt opened up all the way, iv only had it for 2 days though, its under 2 150w 14k

Mine LOVE getting blasted by the hydor. When moved towards the higher flow, they really seemed to grow.
