Torch Coral

Anyone ever hear of a Torch coral having enough punch to kill a clown? Or is this even possible?

No not of the torch. Ive heard of frogspawn and hammerhead corals killing fish with there sweeper tentacle. But even thought the torch is in the same family the torch lacks that extremely powerful sweeper tentacle that the other two have.

my maroon clown lives in my torch

my tomatoes host my torch as well. torch's couldn't hurt a fly, they can barly grab a hold of mysis shrimp.

Yea I don't think a torch could do anything to your clown. If the clown was dead and floating by it might try to eat it but wouldn't have much luck.

I think the fly would drowned before the torch could hurt him

I've got clowns and a torch... Id agree that it is not an issue in the slightest.

well i think i might have had a bad string of fish. tanks been up for abour 2 1/2 months. So far I have had 2 clowns die, 1 blue regal die, came down wit ich the 3rd day i had him. My Yellow Tang and Yellow fin Naso are swimming and eating like champs, ***.
