Ok so I'm dieing to get my hands on a Frogspawn (but Torchs and Hammers are cool too) but my I've only got 130W PC's/ 65 10K, 65 Actin. Is it murder for me to buy one? Cuz it sure is murdering me to wait:p

I'll have 250MH in a month or so. Is patience the word of the day or can I manage a Frog if its like 3" underwater directly under the bulbs?

Placement of the lights on a corner tank are kinda funky. If you can get the coral close to both the lights you should be okay.

I have a frog and torch at the top of my 29g (w/ only 65w PC over it), and both are happy. I think that you will be ok to put them in, and then upgrade in a month. Just be sure and acclimate once you upgrade. gl!

I have a frogspawn doing ok in a 24g aquapod w/ 32 daylight and 32 actinic under5 inches of water. It is doing well. The mother colony is doing much better with higher lighting.

I have a wall hammer in a 14 gallon bio cube doing great

Thanks for making my day you guys.

elegance coral- almost everything about by old hand-me-down tank is "kinda funky" which is why I've got a custom 60 gal. cube in the mail. :D

Where is your 60 gallon cube coming from nand how much was it. I am planning a tank right now. Either a 60 gallon 36"x24"x18" or a cube shape.

By the way I have 192 watts of PC on my 46 gallon bow and my frogspawn is doing great!

Custom business that my local LFS's all work with. I'll try to get the name of them. In the end the pricew came to $270 after taxes. No frills, tank with calfo style ovferflow and a total of four holes. One thing to think about is that the guys doing my tank get glass in 2, 4, and 8, pieces si if you want a funky size, like 30" you might be paying for 4' glass panels. I might have gone with 30' long tank but the price jumped $120.
