torch has black spots on tenicles

my torch has been acting funny the past few days after i moved it. It's not fully extending and doesnt puff up like usual. Today I notice some of the tenicles has black spots on it. Anyone knows what that could be?

you would probably have better luck posting in the lps forum, since torches are lps
