Torch isn't waving :( tips?

Biocube29 ,2 yrs, skimmer 9002,AI sol blue, Mp10 set NTM 40-50% speed, BRS 3tbsp GFO, change water 5 gal every weekend.

My golden torch seems not happy. See pix.ipad-2 pix is awful but you get idea.

It's in corner area with med flow.

Any advice ?

increase the flow would be first. Have you changed anything over the last 2 weeks?
