I recently got a Gold Torch for a 20H. Right now, the torch is on the sand, about 15" below the surface. At about 4" above the surface are 4 x 24W T5 Lights. (2) ATI Blue Plus, (1) ATI Purple Plus, and (1) ATI Aquablue Special.
The ends of the tentacles (not the tips but about 1/4" below the tips) seem to be white. We're not sure if the coral looked like this when we got it (4 Days ago). Is it possible that the coral is starting to bleach, or is this just the color pattern on the torch?
