Can somebody PLEASE give an explanation to why these torts are named what they are, and what the differences are between them? Or just post a link where i can find it on my own.

BECKER (a lot of these where i'm at and i have no idea where it comes from)

ORA, Cali and bennett are the same thing. the Oregon tort and OBt are the same thing.
