I watched a youtube video where a guy boiled rodi water and used a bigger syringe with an air line tubbing hit them with it and then pulled plunger back and sucked whole thing of the rock he claims it keeps them from fragmenting. Pretty cool video

i used a copperband butterflyfish to get rid of all my aiptasia and after that it started eating brine shimp

Pep shrimp are way easier to keep alive than a CBB. Get juveniles. and watch your alkalinity: 8.3.
